Grain Matched Cavity Covers

Cavity covers are cut from the same billet as the body wood and grain matched to the rest of the body as best as possible to create a seamless transition on the back of the guitars. Truss rod covers are also made from wood that fit each guitars theme.

Neck Construction

A neck volute is added at the nut for comfortability and durability. This will help the headstock from breaking off if abused. Necks are also made of multi laminated pieces of wood with opposing grain to reduce warpage.

12th Fret G Crest Inlay and Flame Maple Binding

“G” crest in Mother of Pearl or Abalone at the 12th fret. Can be customized for extra fees. Flame maple neck binding is also standard.

Set Neck with Smooth Heel Transition

The set neck construction extends deep into the neck pickup cavity for a solid neck joint. The heel is carved with comfort in mind, giving the player access to all 24 frets.

Luminlay Side Dots

Instead of traditional plastic side dots, we use Luminlay material so you will never be on a dark stage and lose your place on the fretboard again. Because of the black border around the luminescent core, you can see them in the light just as good as in the dark.

Matching Headplates

The wood for the headplate is taken from the bodys top billet and color matched with stain to keep continuity throughout the whole guitar.

Finish

Bodies are finished in a high gloss, while the necks are finished with oil. They are waxed after polishing to give them an even smoother surface. Some of the grain pores are left open for a natural feel. There is a smooth transition between the finishes at the heel.

Hemispherical Fret Ends

Fret ends are rounded off so you get a very smooth feeling when gliding your hand up and down the fretboard. Fretboard edges are also “rolled over” for a more comfortable feel.

Stainless Steel Frets

24 Jumbo Stainless Steel frets are used for long lasting durability, and shine. You will most likely never need a re-fret during the instruments entire life. Bends also feel much smoother.

Quality Electronics

CTS potentiometers, Switchcraft switches and jacks. Control cavities are also shielded with conductive shielding paint to reduce unwanted electromagnetic frequencies interfering with your sound. All humbucking guitars are equipped with a push-push volume pot to split the coils for a “single coil” sound.

Hipshot Locking Tuners

All Ginn guitars come standard with Hipshot Locking tuners. These machine heads are have an 18:1 ratio and have incredible tuning stability. The locking feature also makes string changing a breeze.

Graphtech TUSQ Nuts
